The analysis incorporates data from STR hotel room nights sold; AirDNA data about short-term rentals; U.S. Census data on second homes for recreational use; air passenger visitors to Nashville International Airport; mobile device geolocation data; and National Travel & Tourism Office statistics on international visitors.
