This program equips your team with the knowledge and skills to provide visitors with the best experience possible while sharing the most up-to-date information about what Nashville has to offer.
The virtual Platinum Ambassador program is an enhanced, user-friendly version that provides cohesive content telling the story of Nashville. The curriculum is delivered online through a series of videos that can be watched at your own pace, making it convenient for your team to complete the training when it suits them.
Topics covered include the importance of the Music City brand, an exploration of Nashville’s unique neighborhoods, tips for delivering exceptional customer service and recognizing cultural differences to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for international guests. NCVC training leaders are available to assist and answer any questions along the way.
Upon completion, participants will receive a digital certificate and certification gifts mailed to them as a recognition of their achievement. This program is exclusive to NCVC members and their staff.
