Nashville, TN (March 8, 2024) – Filip Forsberg, all-star forward, and franchise-leading goal scorer for the Nashville Predators, has partnered with Dreamscape Companies, the largest hotel owners in downtown Nashville, on the Holston House Nashville and Holiday Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown. Filip will also be an investor in the Food & Beverages outlets at the two hotels including Almost Friday Sporting Club.

With this latest hospitality investment, Forsberg continues to grow his involvement in the Nashville community. In March 2023, Nashville SC announced that Filip Forsberg and two-time MVP and NBA Champion Giannis Antetokounmpo joined the team’s ownership group. Forsberg also hosts an annual Hockey clinic in partnership with the Nashville Predators, benefitting Make-A-Wish Foundation.

The Holston House Nashville underwent a transformative $53M renovation prior to opening in 2017 and has been outfitted with 191 rooms, 6,500 square feet of meeting space, and a rooftop bar and pool, making it an ideal establishment for leisure, corporate, and group customers. The property, which opened its doors in 2017 underwent a transformative renovation. The hotel includes the street-level restaurant, TENN, a lobby bar, and on-site parking. In addition to reimagining the hotel’s dining concept, Dreamscape is also planning to upgrade the property in the next two years.
