NASHVILLE – A free Preds Party in the Park to support the Nashville Predators will take place on Friday, May 3 for Game 6 of Round 1 of the 2024 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp announced today. The viewing party for the home playoff game will be hosted at Music City Walk of Fame Park.
The party is free and open to the public and gives fans who don’t have game tickets a chance to cheer on the team with other Preds supporters. The Preds Party in the Park will activate at 4 p.m., two hours prior to the 6 p.m. game time. A large video screen will show the game feed. Two hockey-themed Project 615 t-shirts will be available for purchase at a merch tent at the party. DJ Jason Eskridge will be on hand to entertain the crowd. Attendees are invited to bring blankets and chairs. (No coolers, large bags, or pets. Please see full list of House Rules.)
“The fighting spirit our Predators have shown during the playoffs has been fun to watch, and that energy will surely be felt inside Walk of Fame Park on Friday.” said Deana Ivey, President and CEO of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp. “Music City will be buzzing this weekend with events throughout the city, and we are thrilled to provide a convenient and family-friendly place for Preds fans to gather, wear their gold and cheer on Smashville to another victory.”
Food trucks including Chick-fil-A, The Tennessee Cobbler Co. and Kona Ice, will be available for purchase on site, and beer and other beverages will be available for purchase. Games including corn hole and giant Jenga will be onsite.
Preds Viewing Parties for Round 1
Game 6: Friday, May 3, Vancouver Canucks at Nashville Predators at Bridgestone Arena. Preds Party in the Park opens at 4 p.m., puck drops at 6 p.m. and game/party ends at approximately 8:30 p.m. at Music City Walk of Fame Park. (All times Central Time. Event details subject to change.)
