Mimo Restaurant and Bar, the flagship restaurant at the luxury Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, is now offering a prix fixe dinner menu available at the beginning of dinner service. Perfect for a pre-show dinner, the menu is offered daily from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and includes complimentary valet.
Offered at $75 per guest, the new menu features three courses of Mimo's Southern Italian favourites. For the first course, guests can choose between the Cheekee Farm Mixed Green Salad with Parmesan, Tomato, Truffle Oil, Citrus, and Focaccia Croutons or Beef Carpaccio with Arugula, Parmesan, and Truffle Dressing. The main course options include the Catch of the Day served Acqua Pazza style with Seasonal Vegetables, and Radiatori Pasta with Ragu Bolognese and Shaved Parmesan. The third course is based on preference, allowing guests to choose between a pre-dinner Cheese Board with Seasonal Jams and House-made Bread or the Modern Tiramisu to finish the evening. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are also available.
“Our restaurant is located within walking distance of several notable and iconic venues in Downtown Nashville, from the Schermerhorn Symphony Center and Ascend Amphitheater to the Ryman Auditorium and Bridgestone Arena,” said Dejan Todorovic, Director of Food and Beverage for Four Seasons Hotel Nashville. “We’re eager to serve a new and exciting dinner option, as well as a convenient parking solution, for those heading out to see a concert, play, or sporting event.”
The menu is offered between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. daily. As a gratitude, Four Seasons Nashville will provide complimentary valet from 5 p.m. until the end of the evening for guests of the new menu. All Mimo guests will continue to enjoy three hours of complimentary valet, and the regular dinner menu will be available, as well.
Extended Daily Happy Hour at Mimo Bar
In addition to the new menu, Mimo is extending its happy hour specials. Now offered seven days a week from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Mimo Bar, Happy Hour includes a selection of cocktails offered at a special price of $8 to $10 and select wines and draft beers for $4. The Happy Hour menu also includes select bar bites for $8 to $10. New to the happy hour specials are a selection of beer flights to highlight Mimo’s draft beer selections. For a special price of $10, guests can enjoy a flight of four rotating draft beers.
Whiskey Wednesdays at Mimo Bar
On Wednesdays, Mimo is partnering with regional distilleries for Whiskey Wednesdays, an exciting new initiative for bourbon lovers. Available in the bar from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. every Wednesday night, Whiskey Wednesdays will allow guests a free tasting of the month’s featured whiskey, as well as three specialty whiskey cocktails available for $14 each.
