Are reservations required at the attractions and tours?

There are some attractions and tours that require advanced reservations. This information can be found on the admission page of the attraction or tour within the digital pass. The Total Access Pass will still need to be presented at the attraction or tour upon arrival. 

Where can I see Hours of Operation?

In the digital pass, click the "Info" button on the attraction's page to see hours of operation. Please note attraction hours can change. Please refer to the attraction's website for more information regarding closures or adjusted hours.

How do I access my digital Total Access Pass?

After checkout, a link will be sent to the email and mobile number provided. This link will take you to your online digital pass. Your digital pass is a mobile friendly website. You do not need to download an app to access your pass.

How long do I have to use my Total Access Pass?

After purchasing the Total Access Pass, you have 90 days to activate your mobile pass. For Total Access Pass 1 Day, after the first redemption, the pass is valid for 24 hours of unlimited admissions. Total Access Pass Pick 3 is valid 3 months after the first redemption to enjoy 3 of the participating attractions and tours. 

What do I do if I lose my link?

Not a problem! Go to app.bandwango.com/dashboard/request and provide the email address that was used at checkout. A new link will be sent immediately to your email and mobile phone.

When can I start using my Total Access Pass?

You have 365 days to make your first redemption at any of the participating attractions and tours. If you purchased the 1 Day pass, your time does not start until after the first redemption. You can also see the date your pass expires through the calendar on the digital pass. 

Do I need to download an app to use the Total Access Pass?

No, an app is not needed. You will receive a link to the email and mobile phone number provided at checkout. You can also save the link to your phone's home screen for easy access.

Is there a paper version of the Total Access Pass?

At this time, the Total Access Pass is only available in digital format. 

I'm traveling in a group and purchased all our Total Access Passes. Am I able to transfer them to each person in my group?

Yes! To transfer a digital pass to another person, click the Transfer icon on the pass page. From there, enter the recipient's information. Email address is required to transfer the pass. Please note: Passes that have already recorded a redemption cannot be transferred to another person. You can also not share the same pass between two people.
