Join us for a vibrant evening of three exclusive seatings, each featuring an exquisite five-course pre-fixe menu crafted for an elevated dining experience. Each table will receive both dishes listed for every course, ensuring that every guest enjoys a variety of flavors. For parties with an odd number of guests, a second portion of one dish will be served so no one misses out. As the clock strikes midnight, raise a complimentary glass of champagne with us and toast to new beginnings.

Adele's

Bad Idea
Hours: 5pm-close | Pricing: $125
For New Year’s Eve, Chef Colby Rasavong will be serving up a pre-fixe prime rib dinner! Dishes will include Lobster Thermidor, Queen Cut Prime Rib with horseradish and au jus, Baked Potato & Sautéed Mushrooms served with black truffle breadcrumbs, Bobby John Henry Buttermilk Rolls with soured butter and caviar, and will be guests last chance to enjoy the Scallop Stuffed Crêpe before it goes on hiatus in 2025.

Blue Aster

Cafe Yolan

Savor the first meal of 2025 with a celebratory brunch at Café Yolan. The brunch features holiday specialties, seasonally inspired pastries, and house breakfast favorites, such as Pumpkin Pie French Toast with cinnamon-maple butter and candied walnuts and Gnocchi with ricotta and Parmigiano Reggiano. Toast to the new year with a signature holiday spritz, and celebration will be in the air all morning long.

Carne Mare
Hours: 5-11pm | Pricing: $200
Carne Mare is ringing in the New Year with a celebratory prix fixe menu for $200pp from 5-11 p.m. The three-course experience will begin with a Beausoleil oyster with champagne granita and osetra caviar, followed by your choice of an appetizer, main dish, and dessert. Kind of like tuxedo pants with a T-shirt, the Fancypants NYE menu is fancy yet fun, pairing familiar favorites with upscale ingredients. End the year on a high note, by going a little low. Ruffles & Truffles? A surf & turf, lobster & waygu hotdog? Fried chicken & champagne? What more could you want? Each ticket includes five courses plus a complimentary welcome beverage and a split bottle of bubbles.

Yolan

Celebrate Vigilia di Capodanno in style at The Joseph’s signature fine Italian restaurant, Yolan. Revelry is taken to an art form with a dazzling food and wine affair. Journey through five or eight courses highlighting ultra-premium ingredients, such as caviar, Dungeness crab, duck, and white truffles – all paired to perfection with rare pours and sparkling favorites.
