The Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp offers a comprehensive curriculum about the neighborhoods of Nashville, amazing customer service tips, and the Music City brand.

Prepare your staff to welcome visitors with the Southern hospitality we are known for and all the up-to-date information about what Nashville offers.

The Platinum Ambassador hospitality training program is a member benefit that will provide a comprehensive curriculum about the neighborhoods of Nashville, amazing customer service tips, and our Music City brand.

Our current virtual Platinum Ambassador program is an enhanced version that is user-friendly and convenient and offers cohesive content that tells the story of Nashville.

The curriculum is presented online through a series of videos that can be watched at your own pace. Topics include explaining the importance of the Music City brand story, exploring the neighborhoods that define the city, creating memorable experiences through customer service excellence, and recognizing the cultural differences for international guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.  Training leaders from the NCVC are available to assist and answer questions for your staff.

Upon completion, participants will receive a digital certificate of recognition along with certification gifts mailed to them.
