Lona Nashville: Renowned Modern Mexican Restaurant Opening at Noelle in Early 2025

NASHVILLE, TN – December 17th, 2024 – Noelle, the boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville, in partnership with  Richard Sandoval Hospitality, is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated opening of  Lona, a contemporary Mexican cuisine restaurant, in early 2025.  This  marks the third location for the renowned Fort Lauderdale-born  restaurant, following its successful establishments in  Fort Lauderdale  and  Tampa  and the  first location for award-winning Chef Richard Sandoval in Nashville.

A collaboration between chefs Richard Sandoval and Pablo Salas, Lona invites guests to savor an elevated Mexican dining experience where vibrant flavors meet culinary craftsmanship. Dive into standout dishes like the  Tuna Ceviche  with avocado, jalapeño, and citrus ponzu, the perfectly charred  Shrimp Pastor Tacos  topped with pineapple butter and salsa verde, or the indulgent  Lobster Quesadilla  brimming with Oaxaca cheese, roasted poblano, and chipotle aioli. Don’t miss  Pablo’s Fajitas, a sizzling favorite served with caramelized onions and peppers, or the rich and satisfying  Short Rib Enchiladas  smothered in a smoky guajillo sauce. Finish on a sweet high note with housemade Churros  paired with creamy Mexican chocolate and dulce de leche dipping sauces.

The experience is elevated further with Lona’s impressive beverage program, a tribute to Mexico’s spirited traditions. Guests can sip on expertly crafted cocktails like the smoky  Mezcal Mule  with ginger beer and lime, the refreshing  Lona Margarita  featuring reposado tequila and a tajín rim, or the  Sangria Rojo, a fruit-forward blend of red wine, citrus, and spice. Mezcal and tequila enthusiasts will find themselves at home with a thoughtfully curated selection of premium pours that pair perfectly with each dish.

Lona Nashville will operate as an independent restaurant, initially offering  dinner, with lunch and  weekend brunch  service shortly after. Conveniently  located off  Printers Alley, the restaurant is an exciting new addition to Nashville’s thriving culinary scene.
