Our Kids is excited to host 1,500 patrons at the 27th Annual Soup Sunday on Feb. 23, 2020, from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Nissan Stadium Club Level West.

Named Best Food Event by the Nashville Scene, Soup Sunday benefits Our Kids, a nonprofit providing medical evaluations and crisis counseling for children and families struggling with child sexual abuse. The 2020 event will again be sponsored by Ford and presented by US Foods.

Last year’s winners — Broadway Brewhouse Midtown, Sambuca and Funk Seoul Brother — will be back to defend their titles. Diners can taste soups from dozens of Nashville restaurants including favorites such as Margot Cafe & Bar, Lockeland Table and Urban Grub. There will also be plenty of Soup Sunday newcomers like Esquina Cantina, Mane & Rye Dinerant and Dream Events and Catering.

As always, we’ll have silent and online auctions as well as balloon artists, face painters, masseuses, clowns, magicians, caricaturists and sweet treats for kids. Last year’s event sold out, so we encourage everyone to purchase tickets ASAP as there will not be any for sale at the door. For safety, all people attending or working the event will be required to walk through a metal detector.

Judges for this year’s event include:

“Over 27 years, Soup Sunday has raised $1.5 million to help Our Kids provide medical evaluations and crisis counseling to children and families affected by sexual abuse,” says Sue Fort White, Our Kids Executive Director. “In 2019, Our Kids had a record-breaking patient volume, which means we reached more children and families last year than ever before. To date we’ve evaluated more than 28,000 children, and that kind of impact is only possible because of events like Soup Sunday.”

Tickets for Soup Sunday may be purchased online for $25 per adult and $5 per child before taxes and fees. Children ages three and under will be admitted free. To purchase tickets, visit Eventbrite
