Brian Landry, Chef/Owner of Marsh House at Thompson Nashville, will head to the Big Apple for a very special appearance and cooking demonstration on NBC’s “TODAY Show.”
Landry, a Gulf seafood aficionado will join the 4th Hour hosts for a shrimp extravaganza, teaching viewers across America about the different types of shrimp and the incredible dishes that showcase these tasty crustaceans. Landry will demonstrate how to prepare his Shrimp Etouffee with sauce and dumplings; and will speak about his famed BBQ Shrimp and Shrimp Remoulade.
