Redheaded Stranger is an honest-to-goodness Tex Mex eatery in Nashville from chef Bryan Lee Weaver and restaurateur Michael Shemtov of Butcher & Bee. Inspired by memories of growing up in Texas, Weaver’s menu draws on traditional Southwest dishes and ingredients like breakfast tacos, Hatch green chiles, brisket and homemade tortillas. The name itself, Redheaded Stranger, is a nod to Weaver’s favorite Willie Nelson album, and has been personally approved by the Nelson family. The bright, airy space offers table and booth seating for 40, with additional bar seating for 15 and an outdoor patio that will accommodate around 40 guests. Available for dine-in, to-go, catering and buy-outs.
