Rivière Rooftop at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville Now Serving Dinner

The rooftop restaurant and bar unveils a new dinner menu of French-inspired fare.

Rivière, the French Riviera-inspired restaurant and bar located on the rooftop of the five-star Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, is now offering dinner service seven days a week. Offered from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 5:00 until 10:00 p.m. Thursday to Sunday, Rivière’s dinner menu features bright and bold flavors and the freshest of ingredients for a truly elevated rooftop dining experience.

Developed by Chef Patrick Hodge — a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and a Four Seasons veteran who previously spent five years at Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, DC — the French-forward dinner menu includes shareable starters, decadent entrées, tantalizing desserts, handcrafted cocktails, and a curated selection of wine and beer. Highlights of the dinner menu include:

  • A shareable Seafood Tower, featuring one lobster tail, six shrimp, 12 market oysters, and tuna tartare, served with mignonette, gin cocktail sauce, and lemon
  • Burrata with mandarin marmalade, olive oil, and grilled bread
  • Grilled Branzino with tomato, courgettes, shallot, basil, lemon, and olive oil
  • 8-Oz. Beef Filet with truffle polenta cake, cremini mushroom, and au poivre
  • Chocolate Ganache, a gluten-free chocolate cake with sculptural ganache and berry gastrique

“We wanted the dinner menu to be a natural extension of the light and refreshing French-inspired fare that Rivière has served since opening in May, but with some more elegant options for dinner,” says Hodge. “Rivière is playful and relaxed, but with a more sophisticated edge, and our new dinner offerings reflect just that.”

“As a Nashville native, I have seen the city from so many vantage points, and the view from Rivière is something truly unique and special,” says Rivière Outlet Manager Hannah LeFary. “It’s an exciting spot for locals and guests alike to take in spectacular views while also enjoying thoughtfully curated and delicious cuisine and cocktails. Dinner at Rivière is a memorable experience, whether on a date night, a celebration, or just an evening with good friends.”

To complement the breathtaking views and exquisite cuisine, Rivière offers live acoustic music on the lawn for outside guests and diners from 6:00 to 9:00 pm on Friday and Saturday evenings and DJ sets on the pool deck from noon to 6:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

In addition to the new dinner menu, Rivière has also rolled out an ice cream cart this summer. Designed in partnership with Tennessee-based Hattie Jane’s Creamery , the Rivière Ice Cream Cart is offered all day at the rooftop restaurant and pool terrace. The cart serves up a rotating selection of traditional, dairy-free and unique flavours, including Roasted Peach Cobbler and kid-favourite Unicorn Cotton Candy, and will be available through the end of September. Founded in Tennessee, Hattie Jane’s is a small-batch creamery that uses Tennessee dairy and local ingredients for its hand-crafted ice creams.
